When scheduling an appointment with The MedSpa at New South, a credit card is required to complete the reservation.

Please understand that our office is busy and we almost always have clients on a waiting list. When a client no-shows, arrives too late to be seen, or cancels their appointment without a 24-hour notice, our practitioners miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with someone on our waitlist.

We hope that this helps everyone better understand our policy and rest assured that all personal information is secure and will not be abused.

We will charge $50 dollars to the credit card on file should you not show up for your scheduled appointment, arrive too late to be seen per the provider's schedule, or cancel/reschedule without a 24-hour notice. This policy includes the required $50 Consultation/Meet and Greet appointment fee.

Our sincere hope with this policy is that our clients make thoughtful appointments and continue to respect everyone’s time and schedule.

We gladly accept returns on unopened items in their original condition, and on opened items that may have caused an allergic reaction or are clearly defective. Returned items can only be accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date. A store credit will be issued in the form of a refund. We cannot accept returned items if more than 25% of the product has been used. Gift cards are non-refundable.
