Hillary, a Nurse Practitioner for 21 years, transitioned to healthcare operations and nursing leadership after eight years. She manages healthcare operations, ensures patient safety, and achieves clinical outcomes. As a BHRT provider, she delivers compassionate patient-centered care, aiming to replicate her own transformative BHRT experience for others.

Hillary is the Chief Operating Officer at NSFM, leveraging her healthcare expertise to align with Dr. Jessica's business vision and foster collaborative growth within the team.​

With over 20 years of experience as an aesthetician and certification in laser technology since 2008, Jessica brings a strong background in aesthetics to New South Family Medicine and MedSpa. As the MedSpa Director, she leads the team in all structural and background operations, establishing patient loyalty through proactive communication, recognition, and involvement in key decisions. Jessica is self-motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering a great environment, and striving to create a satisfactory experience for all patients and the development of the MedSpa as it expands to larger platforms.

With 25 years of service to the community, Mandy is committed to providing the best customer experience through communication and actions. At New South Family Medicine and MedSpa, she greets everyone with a warm smile and attention to detail, making her a valuable asset to the practice. Mandy's life goal is to spread kindness in everything she does, and she loves to with her loved ones and support local animal rescues in North and South Carolina, especially Beagles.

Kelsey, a dedicated member of our team, graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor degree. She then completed a postgraduate leadership development program at Alliance Medical Ministry in Raleigh, obtaining a Master's in Public Health and training as a Physician Assistant. Since October 2021, Kelsey has been serving the New South Family Medicine and MedSpa community, focusing on preventative care, patient advocacy, akin aesthetics, and a well-being approach to family medicine.

With 21 years of experience as a Physician in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Orthopedics Airely has a wealth of knowledge. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Biology at East Carolina University and later attended PA school. Airely also obtained a Master's degree in Health Science from Duke. In her free time, Airely enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones, including her two golden retrievers.

Jazmin is a Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 10 years of experience and TAKING NEW PATIENTS!

Highly skilled and compassionate, Jazmin is a North Carolina native and graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her Masters in Nursing from Western Carolina University, specializing in Primary Care. 

Jazmin has particular interest in women's health advocacy, but enjoys caring for all patients across all spectrums and backgrounds. Jazmin enjoys being a mother to her three children, spending time with family and is MAJOR UNC basketball fan!

With over two decades of experience in urgent care, family practice, and, Shannon is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West and a Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University Pittsburgh. Shannon's expertise lies in age-defying skin treatments and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). She also passionate about aesthetics and offers non-invasive procedures like Bio-stimulators, cosmetic neurotoxins, and dermal fillers to help patients feel more confident and develop-care practices. Brandi is a skilled Nurse with more than 15 years of experience in emergency and cardiac care. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University. Brandi is enthusiastic about educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention. She is committed to providing the best possible care and also a busy mother of four and leader of a non-profit organization that supports families dealing with pediatric cancer. Brandi understands the importance of self-care and is eager to help you achieve your wellness and aesthetic laser goals.

NSFM benefits from Jennifer's diverse role as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician, certified through the National Healthcareer Association. With over 20 years of experience in office management, teaching, and customer service, Jennifer is committed to expanding her knowledge and expertise in healthcare. She recently relocated to Tega Cay with her family and enjoys exploring new destinations, zip lining, and spending time outdoors.

We are thrilled to announce that Hillary has joined New South Family Medicine and MedSpa as our marketing and patient referral coordinator. Hillary is a dedicated professional who greets everyone with a smile and has over ten years of experience in corporate marketing programs and special events. She has a deep understanding of the DPC model and provides an extended level of care for our patients. When she's not time with her family at the beach, she enjoys staying active outdoors and attending her children's activities.

We are excited to announce Joanne Pope as the MedSpa Patient Coordinator at New South Family Medicine and MedSpa. With 30 years of customer service experience, Joanne committed to serving the Fort Mill community. Originally from Canada, Joanne enjoys living in the area with her husband and spending her free time attendingre3 classes, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family.

Pam Higley, who hails from Ohio, relocated to South Carolina in 2013. She is a mother to Amanda and a grandmother to Kolton. Pam has a background in administrative roles, supporting executives across various industries such as the NFL and collegiate football. As a dedicated fan of the Buckeyes, Browns, and Bengals, she spends her Saturdays and Sundays during the season watching or giving armchair coaching to her favorite teams.

During the summer, Pam relaxes by floating in the pool, appreciates beach time, and cherishes moments with Amanda, Kolton, and her dog, Lilly.

Meet Keva Washington, our lead aesthetician with six years of experience. Originally from Columbia, SC, Keva obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the esteemed University of South Carolina and attended the renowned Southeastern Esthetics Institute to further enhance her knowledge and skill set. Keva is passionate about skin health and actively collaborates with clients to achieve their individual skincare goals. She finds inspiration in witnessing the transformation that occurs when individuals regain their confidence by feeling comfortable in their own skin once.

Jacqui is a highly experienced individual who has supported people from diverse backgrounds. She has a BA in Sociology from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Counseling from Kean College. After re-entering the workforce, became a certified esthetician and esthetics teacher, further enhancing her qualifications. Jacqui has been practicing and teaching esthetics at The Academy of Nails and Esthetics for the past five years and is excited to bring her expertise to the New South Med Spa team. She is passionate about working with clients, to their concerns, and creating personalized care plans.

Originally from Ohio, Julie Renner completed her bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University. With a successful career spanning over a decade as a registered dental hygienist, she later decided to pursue her other passion, leading her to graduate from the Academy of Nails and Esthetics. Julie is deeply committed to ensuring her clients feel at ease and enjoy a memorable experience. As an esthetician, she aims to forge enduring connections with her clients, assisting them in addressing their skincare concerns and achieving their desired outcomes.
