Mandy brings 25 years of service to our community.  She strives to provide the best customer experience possible through communication and her actions.  At New South Family Medicine and MedSpa, she is always grateful to greet you with a big warm hello and smile.  Attention to detail and remembering the smallest of details make her an asset to our practice.   Mandy's life goal is to show kindness in all she does daily.  Besides traveling to memorable destinations with her husband, friends, and family,  Mandy's heart is full of the love for Beagle's.  She loves all animals and this is why she supports local animal rescues in North & and South Carolina.  

Jessica has over two decades of experience as an aesthetician. She brings a strong background in aesthetics to New South Family Medicine and MedSpa.

As a MedSpa Operations Manager, she is self-motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering a great environment and experience for our MedSpa patients. She leads the team in all structural and background operations. As a team member, Jessica establishes patient loyalty through proactive communication, recognition, and involvement in key decisions. She strives to create a satisfactory experience for all patients and leads the development of MedSpa as it expands to larger platforms.

New South Family Medicine and MedSpa is delighted to introduce Joanne Pope, our MedSpa Patient Coordinator. With an impressive 30 years of customer service experience, Joanne embodies a profound dedication to connecting with and caring for the Fort Mill community. Hailing from Canada originally, Joanne has found joy in residing in this area with her husband. In her leisure time, she indulges in activities such as attending Barre3 classes, cherishing moments with her family, and exploring various travel destinations.

New South Family Medicine and MedSpa is excited to introduce Hillary as our patient and referral coordinator. With a true passion for her work, she always greets you with a smile! Hillary brings over ten years of experience in working with corporate marketing programs and special events. Not only does she have a deep understanding of the DPC model and its benefits, but she also provides an extended level of care for our patients. When she's not enjoying quality time with her family at the beach, she stays active outdoors and attends her children's activities. children’s activities.

We are delighted to have Kelsey as a valuable member of our team. Kelsey graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor's degree before joining Alliance Medical Ministry in Raleigh for a postgraduate leadership development program. She subsequently obtained a Master's in Public Health and completed her training as a Physician Assistant. Since October 2021, Kelsey has been dedicated to serving the community at New South Family Medicine and MedSpa. Her medical interests revolve around preventative care, patient advocacy, and implementing a holistic approach to family medicine that addresses the overall well-being of individuals.

Shannon, a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner, has over twenty years of experience caring for patients in urgent care, family practice, and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from the University of West Virginia and a Master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pittsburgh. Shannon specializes in age-defying skin treatments and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Additionally, she is passionate about aesthetics and offers non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers to help patients feel more confident and develop self-care practices. Airely possesses a wealth with 21 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Orthopedics. She embarked on her educational journey by completing a Bachelor's degree in Biology at East Carolina University, and later progressing to attend PA school. She accomplished another academic milestone by obtaining a Master's degree in Health Science from Duke University. Born and raised in North Carolina, Airely enjoys reading, cooking, and cherishing time with her loved ones. During weekends, she can frequently be found providing enthusiastic support to her children at their sporting events, accompanied by their two golden retrievers.

Meet Brandi, a highly experienced Nurse with over 15 years of expertise in emergency and cardiac care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University. Brandi is passionate about educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention. Alongside her extensive knowledge, she also exhibits a strong commitment to delivering the highest-quality care. Brandi, a busy mother of four and leader of a non-profit organization supporting families dealing with pediatric cancer, recognizes the significance of self-care. She is eager to assist you in achieving your wellness and aesthetic laser goals.

Jennifer is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician and brings a diverse role to NSFM. She is certified through the National Healthcareer Association. Jen has over 20 years of experience in office management, teaching, and customer service., She is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise in the healthcare field. In 2018, she and her husband relocated to Tega Cay with their three daughters from Long Island, NY. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer loves exploring new destinations, enjoys zip lining, and spending time outdoors with her family. 

Keva Washington is our highly skilled lead aesthetician with six years of experience. Her expertise lies in providing comprehensive client care plans and protocols by adopting a clinical approach. Originally from Columbia, SC, Keva obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the esteemed University of South Carolina (Go Cocks!). Additionally, she attended the renowned Southeastern Esthetics Institute to further enhance her knowledge and skill set. Passionate about skin health, Keva actively collaborates with clients, working together to achieve their individual skincare goals. What truly inspires her is witnessing the transformation that occurs when individuals regain their confidence by feeling comfortable in their own skin once again.

Jacqui brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals from various walks of life. She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Counseling from Kean College. She re-entered the workforce equipped with training and certification as an esthetician, further enhancing her qualifications with an additional certification as an esthetics teacher.

Over the past five years, Jacqui has both practiced and taught esthetics at The Academy of Nails and Esthetics, and she is now thrilled to bring her expertise to the New South Med Spa team. Jacqui is passionate about collaborating with clients, attentively listening to their concerns, and crafting personalized care plans.

Originally from Ohio, Julie Renner completed her bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University. With a successful career spanning over a decade as a registered dental hygienist, she later decided to pursue her other passion, leading her to graduate from the Academy of Nails and Esthetics. Now a licensed esthetician for over two years, Julie is deeply committed to ensuring her clients feel at ease and enjoy a memorable session experience. As an esthetician, she aims to forge enduring connections with her clients, assisting them in addressing their skincare concerns and achieving their desired outcomes.
