Hillary, a Nurse Practitioner for 21 years, transitioned to healthcare operations and nursing leadership after eight years. She manages healthcare operations, ensures patient safety, and achieves clinical outcomes. As a BHRT provider, she delivers compassionate patient-centered care, aiming to replicate her own transformative BHRT experience for others.

Hillary is the Chief Operating Officer at NSFM, leveraging her healthcare expertise to align with Dr. Jessica's business vision and foster collaborative growth within the team.​

Kelsey is a comprehensive wellness practitioner passionate about helping patients feel their best. She earned her bachelor’s from Virginia Tech and completed her Master’s of Science in Public Health and PA training from Campbell University. Since 2021, she has served the New South community with a focus on preventive care, aesthetics including injectables, and a whole-person approach to health.

Jazmin is a Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 10 years of experience and TAKING NEW PATIENTS! Highly skilled and compassionate, Jazmin is a North Carolina native and graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her Masters in Nursing from Western Carolina University, specializing in Primary Care. 

Jazmin has particular interest in women's health advocacy, but enjoys caring for all patients across all spectrums and backgrounds. Jazmin enjoys being a mother to her three children, spending time with family and is MAJOR UNC basketball fan!

With more than 11 years of experience in healthcare, Meg brings extensive knowledge and a strong commitment to helping patients achieve lasting wellness. She holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Queens University, and a Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from The Catholic University of America.  She specializes in medical weight loss and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), providing personalized care and guidance tailored to each patient’s unique health journey. Meg is passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being.

NSFM benefits from Jennifer's diverse role as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician, certified through the National Healthcareer Association. With over 20 years of experience in office management, teaching, and customer service, Jennifer is committed to expanding her knowledge and expertise in healthcare. She recently relocated to Tega Cay with her family and enjoys exploring new destinations, zip lining, and spending time outdoors.

Jacqui is a highly experienced individual who has supported people from diverse backgrounds. She has a BA in Sociology from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Counseling from Kean College. After re-entering the workforce, became a certified esthetician and esthetics teacher, further enhancing her qualifications. Jacqui has been practicing and teaching esthetics at The Academy of Nails and Esthetics for the past five years and is excited to bring her expertise to the New South Med Spa team. She is passionate about working with clients, to their concerns, and creating personalized care plans.

With 30 years of customer service experience, Joanne committed to serving the Fort Mill community. Originally from Canada, Joanne enjoys living in the area with her husband and spending her free time attendingre3 classes, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family.

Jeanie is from the Chicago suburbs and relocated to Lake Wylie 3 years ago. She is a wellness enthusiast with a background in medicine and a passion for helping people feel their best. After spending many years in the medical field, Jeanie has also been a hair stylist for the last 20 years. A busy mom to three daughters who keep her on her toes with sports and activities. When she's not running around with her family, you can find her crafting, working on home décor and renovation projects, or planning her next travel adventure. With a lifelong love for both medicine and wellness, Jeanie is all about helping others live their healthiest, happiest lives.

Jessica brings 24 years of experience as an aesthetician, with a strong foundation in aesthetics and laser technology at New South Family Medicine and MedSpa. As the MedSpa Director, she manages all structural and operational elements, prioritizing patient loyalty through proactive communication and recognition. is motivated, positive, and committed to fostering a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every patient has a rewarding experience as the MedSpa expands.

With 21 years of experience as a Physician in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Orthopedics Airely has a wealth of knowledge. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Biology at East Carolina University and later attended PA school. Airely also obtained a Master's degree in Health Science from Duke. In her free time, Airely enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones, including her two golden retrievers.

With over two decades of experience in urgent care, family practice, and, Shannon is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West and a Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University Pittsburgh. Shannon's expertise lies in age-defying skin treatments and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). She also passionate about aesthetics and offers non-invasive procedures like Bio-stimulators, cosmetic neurotoxins, and dermal fillers to help patients feel more confident and develop-care practices. Brandi is a skilled Nurse with more than 15 years of experience in emergency and cardiac care. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University. Brandi is enthusiastic about educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention. She is committed to providing the best possible care and also a busy mother of four and leader of a non-profit organization that supports families dealing with pediatric cancer. Brandi understands the importance of self-care and is eager to help you achieve your wellness and aesthetic laser goals.

Meet Keva Washington, our lead aesthetician with six years of experience. Originally from Columbia, SC, Keva obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the esteemed University of South Carolina and attended the renowned Southeastern Esthetics Institute to further enhance her knowledge and skill set. Keva is passionate about skin health and actively collaborates with clients to achieve their individual skincare goals. She is also certified in laser technology and Skinclusive. She finds inspiration in witnessing the transformation that occurs when individuals regain their confidence and feeling comfortable in their own skin once.

Originally from Ohio, Julie Renner completed her bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University. With a successful career spanning over a decade as a registered dental hygienist, she later decided to pursue her other passion, leading her to graduate from the Academy of Nails and Esthetics. Julie is deeply committed to ensuring her clients feel at ease and enjoy a memorable experience. As an esthetician, she aims to forge enduring connections with her clients, assisting them in addressing their skincare concerns and achieving their desired outcomes.

We are thrilled to announce that Hillary has joined New South Family Medicine and MedSpa as our marketing and event specialist. Hillary is a dedicated professional who greets everyone with a smile and has over ten years of experience in corporate marketing programs and special events. She has a deep understanding of the DPC model and provides an extended level of care for our patients. When she's not with her family at the beach, she enjoys staying active outdoors and attending her children's activities.
