Located in the Springfield Town Center in Fort Mill, SC, New South Family Medicine and MedSpa is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and MedSpa. Our main focus is on preserving the patient-doctor and practitioner relationship. DPC is a membership-based model that prioritizes extended, personalized visits with your doctor. You can also directly reach out to us via cell phone, text, and Zoom. For a reasonable monthly fee, our practice offers relaxed visits, affordable medications/labs, and multiple channels to connect with your providers.
In their previous practices, Drs. Jessica and David Mendelsohn had patient panels of over 3,000 patients! However, through the DPC model, no physician will have more than 600 patients. This allows them to spend five times longer with each individual, focusing on their specific health needs. In addition, we do not charge any co-pays and our fees are transparent. We pass on all of our wholesale savings directly to you. To learn more about the DPC model of care and our practice, please click here.

As we age, hormone levels become imbalanced, but the hormonal balance can be achieved, as long as you are evaluated by a highly trained provider with comprehensive lab testing and in-depth initial questionnaires before creating a personalized treatment plan. There are several methods to administer hormone therapy. Each has unique benefits depending on which hormones are being replaced.
