Botox and Dysport are neurotoxins - purified forms of botulinum toxin type A that temporarily relax the facial muscles responsible for creating dynamic wrinkles. Lines across the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes soften as the underlying muscle activity that creates them in interrupted. Results last 3-4 months for most patients.

Your Appointment
New MedSpa clients begin with a full facial assessment. Your provider reviews your goals, examines your facial movement and anatomy, and builds a treatment recommendation before any decisions are made. Pricing is discussed in consultation — we do not quote rates publicly because treatment plans vary meaningfully between patients.
Your Consultation
Injectable appointments at New South are unhurried. Your provider marks treatment points, confirms your comfort throughout, and checks in during and after injection. Most appointments are completed in 30 to 45 minutes including the consultation portion.
During Treatment
Your Results
Full results appear within 7 to 14 days as the neurotoxin takes effect and muscles gradually relax. Most patients see results lasting 3 to 4 months, after which retreatment maintains the effect. With consistent treatment over time, many patients find they need slightly less product to achieve the same result.
Preparation & Aftercare

Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications (unless prescribed) for 24 hours before your appointment
Arrive with clean skin — no heavy makeup on treatment areas
Come prepared with any questions — your provider has time for them

Avoid strenuous exercise and heat exposure (sauna, steam room) for 24 hours
Do not massage or rub the treated area
Sleep on your back the first night if possible
Expect mild redness or pinpoint marks at injection sites — these resolve within a few hours to a day
