New South DPC Memberships
Memberships That Work for You, Not Against
We don’t accept insurance because we understand how the system keeps you sick, not healthy—and how much it drives up costs for us all. By not using insurance, we are able to keep any out-of-pocket costs extremely low and offer you doctor-led medical care, not insurance-led medical care.
Our DPC memberships are affordable, effective and give you access to the primary care you truly need. You’ll have access to your provider seven days a week by phone, email and text—so when you need us, you see us.
No waiting weeks for an appointment, going to an urgent care or quick-clinic when you’re sick, or rushed appointments—it’s true medical care from a provider you know and trust. If you’re sick or have an urgent medical need, we can usually see you the same or next day.
Our members become our family, and our family gets only the best from us.
Your Membership Includes:

We provide treatment for common everyday problems like colds, flu, strep throat, rashes, burns, joint injuries, and other wounds. We also provide an annual full-body and sports physical, annual checkups women and pediatric specific care.

We offer preventative screenings like pap smears, EKGs, and ASK DR JASON ***

We manage the treatment of chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or thyroid disorder.

We perform minor procedures like mole removal, joint injection, stitches, or simple cosmetic procedures.

We don’t ever want cost to be a reason you don’t get the medical care you need.
At New South Family Medicine and MedSpa, lab work is paid out of pocket, but at a very low cost. We have teamed up with LabCorp to provide affordable lab prices.
You can choose to have your bloodwork drawn at their outpatient sites and bill it to your insurance as usual, but you may receive a bill from your insurance for more than the discounted rates with have with LabCorp.

If you have a medical issue that can't be handled by us, you'll be referred to a doctor we know and trust who can continue your treatment. We will work closely with the specialist to make sure there is a seamless continuity of care and that cost considerations are maintained. You’ll never be referred out, only to be left alone without a New South advocate. Being a member means you have us as your medical quarterback!
Membership Costs
Enrollment Fee
$200 one-time enrollment fee per individual
$250 per family one-time enrollment fee
Flat Rate Monthly Fee:
Individual membership fee: $129/monthly
Include children ages 5-22: $59/monthly
Use Your HSA or FSA at New South Family Medicine!

If you have an HSA or FSA through your employer or insurance plan, you can use those funds to cover your DPC Membership at New South. This allows you to pay for care using pre-tax dollars, helping you make the most of your healthcare benefits.
Our goal is to make healthcare straightforward—from your appointments to your billing. Accepting HSA and FSA payments is just one more way we remove barriers to accessing high-quality family medicine.
