Open Roles

Below are our current opportunities. If a role feels aligned, we’d love to hear from you.

If you would like to apply, please fill out the form and attach your cover letter and resume.

Experienced Aesthetic Injector — Flexible Part-Time, Fort Mill, SC

This is not an entry-level role, and we're not looking to train someone into it.

If you're already a confident, skilled injector who knows your way around neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators like Sculptra without a second thought — who can walk into a consult, read the patient, and know exactly what they need before they've finished explaining what they want — we want to talk to you.

About New South

We're not a spa bolted onto a medical practice. We're a physician-anchored practice where Direct Primary Care and clinical aesthetics work as one integrated system — patients get whole-person care, and our aesthetics side gets the clinical credibility and infrastructure most medspas spend years trying to build. Our patients trust us because our providers actually know them. That's the model, and it's why our aesthetics practice is growing fast.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Injecting neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators like Sculptra with full autonomy — your technique, your consult style, your patient relationships

  • Approaching each patient with a full facial balancing mindset — assessing proportion, symmetry, and the face as a whole, not just treating the one area a patient walks in asking about

  • Running consultations that convert because patients trust you, not because you're working from a script

  • Delivering the kind of patient experience people talk about to their friends

  • Working alongside a supportive clinical team without someone looking over your shoulder

What We Need From You

  • Strong, proven technique across neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra/biostimulators, with real comfort doing full facial balancing — not just single-area touch-ups

  • A consultative sales style — you talk with patients, not at them, and can help them see the bigger picture of what's possible

  • High integrity — you recommend what's right for the patient, not just what's on the menu

  • The ability to work independently from day one

  • A genuine passion for the artistry of this work, not just the paycheck

What You Get

  • Flexible part-time schedule — 2–3 days a week, built around your life, not the other way around

  • Guarantee + commission compensation — income stability during ramp-up, with real upside as your book grows

  • A warm, professional, team-oriented culture where you're supported, not micromanaged

  • A growing patient base and marketing engine behind you — you focus on injecting, we focus on filling your schedule

  • A practice built for the long term, with real room to grow as we expand our aesthetics team

Who This Isn't For

If you're newly certified, still building confidence in your technique, or looking for a role where you'll be trained from the ground up — this isn't the right fit right now. We'd rather wait for the right injector than rush the wrong one.

Ready to talk?

If this sounds like the role you've been quietly hoping existed — flexible hours, real autonomy, and a team that respects your craft — we'd love to hear from you. Send your resume and a bit about your injecting background to info@newsouthmed.org. Let's talk about what your schedule could look like.

CMA / Phlebotomist

You went into medicine to know your patients. Come practice that way again.

Most CMAs spend their day rotating through rooms for physicians who see 2,000 to 3,000 patients and never get to know any of them. At New South, our providers keep small panels on purpose, because the whole model is built around actually knowing the person in front of you. If you're a Certified Medical Assistant with phlebotomy skills who wants your clinical work to mean something beyond throughput, this is the seat.

The Role

Full-time CMA/Phlebotomist reporting to the DPC Manager, Jeanie Sikkenga. You'll draw blood and process labs for both DPC and BHRT patients, assist with procedures like biopsies, pellet insertions, Pap smears, IUD placement, and EKGs, run point-of-care testing, and keep the clinical side of the practice moving. You'll also carry real operational ownership: managing the Elation inbox, restocking supplies, maintaining the autoclave and centrifuge, and supporting front desk operations when the team needs it.

Why You'll Love Working Here

You'll know your patients by name, not by chart number, because our providers do too. You'll sit in quarterly vision meetings and quarterly performance reviews with the DPC Manager and the COO directly, not somewhere three layers up an org chart you'll never meet. And you'll work inside a model where clinical excellence and genuine relationship-building aren't in tension with each other. They're the same job.

If those sound like something you already do without being asked, you'll fit here.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Active Certified Medical Assistant certification and/or Phlebotomy certification

  • Current BLS/CPR certification and AED training

  • Prior experience with an EHR or practice management system

  • Strong phlebotomy skills, comfortable with a high volume of blood draws

  • Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Elation, Hint Health, Boulevard, or Spruce

  • Experience in a Direct Primary Care or small-panel practice setting

  • Comfort assisting with procedures like pellet insertions or IUD placement

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, work with manual dexterity for phlebotomy and clinical procedures, and work in a clinical environment with standard precautions for bodily fluid exposure.
