Experienced Aesthetic Injector — Flexible Part-Time, Fort Mill, SC

This is not an entry-level role, and we're not looking to train someone into it.

If you're already a confident, skilled injector who knows your way around neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators like Sculptra without a second thought — who can walk into a consult, read the patient, and know exactly what they need before they've finished explaining what they want — we want to talk to you.

We're a physician-anchored practice where Direct Primary Care and clinical aesthetics work as one integrated system — patients get whole-person care, and our aesthetics side gets the clinical credibility and infrastructure most medspas spend years trying to build. What You'll Be Doing

  • Injecting neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators like Sculptra with full autonomy — your technique, your consult style, your patient relationships

  • Approaching each patient with a full facial balancing mindset — assessing proportion, symmetry, and the face as a whole, not just treating the one area a patient walks in asking about

  • Running consultations that convert because patients trust you, not because you're working from a script

  • Delivering the kind of patient experience people talk about to their friends

  • Working alongside a supportive clinical team without someone looking over your shoulder

What We Need From You

  • Strong, proven technique across neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra/biostimulators, with real comfort doing full facial balancing — not just single-area touch-ups

  • A consultative sales style — you talk with patients, not at them, and can help them see the bigger picture of what's possible

  • High integrity — you recommend what's right for the patient, not just what's on the menu

  • The ability to work independently from day one

  • A genuine passion for the artistry of this work, not just the paycheck
