At New South Family Medicine and MedSpa, we believe that great care begins with great relationships. Located in the heart of Fort Mill, SC, our practice combines the science of modern medicine with the warmth of a neighborhood clinic. We’re redefining healthcare by offering Direct Primary Care (DPC) and MedSpa services under one roof — making it easy for you to feel your best, inside and out.

Our membership-based model removes the hassle of insurance and rushed appointments, giving you direct access to your provider, longer visits, and transparent pricing. Whether you’re here for a same-day checkup, hormone therapy, or rejuvenating skin treatment, you’ll experience care that’s personal, affordable, and built around you.
